I have been making this recipe for many years. Back when I was younger my mom used to make this recipe and I never knew where she got the recipe from. Now that I am older I have been making this recipe for many years and it has become one of our favorites. What I love about them too is that everything fits right into the roll and if you were to eat them cold you do not even need a fork! You can use any of pillsbury rolls and they work great. I use the 4 pack of rolls as I make 30-40 at a time! Here is the recipe. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
INGREDIENTS

lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef, cooked, drained

cup barbecue sauce
1
can (10.2 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers refrigerated biscuits
3/4
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (3 oz)
DIRECTIONS

In 10-inch nonstick skillet, mix cooked beef and
barbecue sauce. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until
hot.

Pull each biscuit apart into 2 layers; press
each into 4-inch round. Place 1 round in each of 8 greased regular-size
muffin cups. Firmly press in bottom and up side, forming 1/4-inch rim.
Fill with beef mixture; sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 375°F 13 to 15 minutes or until edges of
biscuits are golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from pan.
Any flavor barbecue sauce can be used for these cups.
These are so so good. Very easy to make and not expensive.
