The new 413 BLR collection was inspired by New York City, and created by founder and creative director Francois Nars. Named after the Nars flagship boutique in West Village, the collection offers a Duo Eye shadow and Velvet Matte Lip Pencils. Both posses profoundly pigmented shades that promise to make one standout, even among high fashion. The city is reflected in the shades, proving both enchanting and elegant.
DUO EYESHADOW:
Shimmering amethyst, black with red pearl ($34)
The options are endless with this eyeshadow. You can pair these two colors together for a seductive sultry look, or you can wear each color alone. In addition, you can use them dry or dampen a brush for a more intense affect.
VELVET MATTE LIP PENCIL:Peachy pink with golden shimmer ($24)
This lip pencil is similar to the application of a lipstick in a crayon design. This product is long lasting, non-drying, and has moisturizers to give this lip pencil a creamy texture. You can pair this with another product, use this for all over color, or for lining.
