Essence Cosmetics Review
What Essence Cosmetics is about.
Essence Cosmetics is part of the Cosonova beauty company, which used to be Cosma GmbH. This was founded by Christina Oster-Daum in July 2001. In February of 2002, Essence Cosmetics launched their brand in Germany. July of 2004, Cosma transformed into Cosonova. Essence has made their way across the country and one can find their cosmetics at Ulta Beauty, H-E-B, and FredMyer. Essence Cosmetics is also available at Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix if you are in Canada.
Essence Cosmetics cares about the type of beauty products they create. They not only offer great products but they make it easy on the pocketbook! Essence does not test beauty products on animals. Essence Cosmetics offers a wide variety of beauty products from eyeshadow to nail products.
Essence Cosmetics Spring/Summer Collection
This is the Quattro eyeshadow in denim. Each one of these Quattro eyeshadows range from matte to shimmering. One can do multiple combinations with using these four colors. I really loved this eyeshadow and thought the color stayed on for a long time. (MSRP $2.99)
This is using all four colors of the Quattro eyeshadow and Kajal Scream green eye pencil.
Kajal Scream Green Eye Pencil
The next item I received is the Kajal eye pencil in Scream Green. The Kajal eye pencil is easy to blend in and gives you a long lasting glamorous look. Kajal eye pencil comes in a variety of colors such as Black, White, Teddy, Behind The Scenes, Everybody’s Darling, All I Want, Scream Green, and Feel The Eclipse. You can look at all the shades here at Essence This product you can find at Ulta for (MSRP .99)
Essence Get Big Lashes
Do you have small eyelashes and need a boost to help give them more volume? If you have small lashes or just want more volume this may be the ideal mascara for you! This mascara has a nice big brush to help give you the volume you need to maximize your eyelashes. Essence has a variety of mascaras you can find them at Essence. You can pick one up at Ulta for (MSRP $2.99)
Left eye is with mascara on. My eyelashes are rather short, but using this mascara did give me the volume boost I needed.
Essence XXXL Shine Lipgloss
This is Sparkling Papaya color. I love the color and look of this lipgloss. I never had a lipgloss that gave a shimmer to my lips before. It truly sparkles and shines. This is great for any occasion. In addition, this lipgloss not only moisturizes your lips but leaves no sticky feeling. XXXl Shine Lipgloss is available in ten radiant shades. You can see all the different colors at Essence and pick one up today at Ulta (MSRP $2.99)
Overall I was extremely happy with all these products. Essence has great quality beauty products at a low price. Make sure you check back periodically at Essence as there are new products heading your way in July and August.
